1. Baby anacondas, lizards and iguanas seized at Mumbai airport; Thane woman booked.
Customs officers on Thursday intercepted a Thane-based woman at Mumbai’s international airport who allegedly trafficked 154 exotic wildlife species in her luggage. The seized animals included several rare and endangered species such as baby anacondas, iguanas, tortoises, turtles, lizards, bearded dragons, and raccoons. 2. Father’s public notice disowning son becomes ground to reject bail plea in cheating case.

Four persons have been booked for allegedly sexually harassing and assaulting an 18-year-old girl after forcibly entering her residence in Sanpada, police said on Thursday. Oberoi Realty's sales bookings declined 10 per cent to Rs 1,299.06 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal due to lower volumes in terms of area. Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty, which is mainly into the luxury housing segment, had sold properties worth Rs 1,442.46 crore in the year-ago period. According to its latest investor presentation, Oberoi Realty sold 158 units covering 2,50,701 sq ft area during the second quarter of this fiscal with a sales bookings value of Rs 1,299.06 crore. 6. Ulwe: Five members of a family were found unconscious in suspected poisoning, one dead.
Five members of a Nepali family were found unconscious inside their rented home in Ulwe on Thursday afternoon, after what police suspect was a case of poisoning.
